Client can place a Service Request through his Dashboard, or an employee can place a Service Request on behalf of a client, (in case such a request has been made by the client over the phone, email or through any such source)

Client/Employee Service Request

To create a Service Request, in the Client & Settings menu, click Approve/Reject Request.

On the page that opens, click Create New Request.

On the pop-up window that opens, enter the details of the Service such asClient Name, Contact Person,Description and Request Date, and clickSave. Attach Link if applicable, and select Source. Click Save to save the Service Request Details.

Search Client Request

To search Client Request, in the Service Request page, click Filter List. On this page you can search requests based on Service Request Date (Requested On) or Status.
