Client can place a Service Request through his Dashboard, or an employee can place a Service Request on behalf of a client, (in case such a request has been made by the client over the phone, email or through any such source).
The Service Request is subject to Approval or Rejection, and this is explained in the following section.
To Approve or Reject a Service request, clickApprove/Reject Request in Client & Settings menu.
To Accept Service Request, click the Accept Request action button and then click Yes.
To Reject Service Request, click the Reject Request action button and then enter the Rejection Remarks for rejecting the service and click Reject.
