Easy Compliance Help - Employee Activity Assignment

After the Client Master is created and client details are updated, you can configure client services and assign employees to perform activities associated with the service.

Assign Employee to Activity

To assign Employee to Activity, in the Service/Work menu, select Assign Activity.

On the page that opens, enter you can see a list of activities. You can view only activities you want by clicking Filter List and selecting the criteria to view, such as Client, Service, Month, Role and Employee.

To assign employees, check the box in the activity row, under the Select column. Click the Assign Employee action button.

On the pop-up window that opens, select Date and select the Employee to assign him/her to the activity.

The assigned activity will appear in the Employee's Activity Dashboard.

Assign Multiple Activities to Employee

To assign multiple activities to an Employee, select check the boxes in multiple activity rows, under Select column. Click the Assign Employee button at the bottom of the screen.

On the pop-up window that opens, select Date and select the Employee to assign him/her to the activities.

The assigned activities will appear in the Employee's Activity Dashboard.

View Pending Activities

To view pending Activities, click Filter List. SelectClient Name and Month, and click List.

In this screen you can see the activities that have not been completed on schedule. You can reschedule these activities and assign employees to this activity in the same way as explained earlier.
