Easy Compliance Help - Client Service Request
Client can place a Service Request through his Dashboard, or an employee can place a Service Request on behalf of a client, (in case such a request has been made by the client over the phone, email or through any such source)
To create a Service Request, click Service Request.
In the page that opens, click Create New Request.
In the pop-up window that opens, enter the details of the Service such asClient Name, Contact Person,Description and Request Date, and click Save.
